When a Child Dies
Grief support for any adult feeling the loss of a child.
“When a Child Dies” is a safe, compassionate support group for adults who have experienced the death of a child of any age. Our group provides a judgement-free place to share memories, talk about grief, listen to others who understand, and find companionship through the journey of loss.
Sessions are provided at no cost. Led by Jill McLelland, MSW.
When: Tuesday Nights (6-week session) from 6:30-7:30 PM. Beginning November 3, 2026. This group will be closed to new attendees after the second session (November 10th).
Where: Brown Family Grief Center, 2351 Simonton Rd, Statesville, NC 28625
