Homecare Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking multiple Homecare Registered Nurses to join our team in both Statesville and Mooresville. These are full-time roles (40 hours Monday-Friday 8a-5p) with holiday rotation required. These positions are responsible for referrals, admissions and patient visits.

Requirements:

• An independent self-starter with strong triage skills is required.
• Two years of nursing experience with home health/hospice and/or facility experience preferred.
• Advanced understanding of the end-of-life care process required.
