Palliative Care Clinics

For those who prefer to receive palliative care services outside the home, Pathways Palliative Care offers four clinic locations by appointment in Statesville, Mooresville, Taylorsville and Salisbury.

Palliative Care ensures the development of a plan of care based on the comprehensive evaluation/re-evaluation of the patient’s and family’s needs and identifies interventions which address:

• Pain and symptom management associated with a serious illness
• The psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient and family
• Communication and collaboration with community resources to optimize patient comfort and dignity
